Despite what has already been established, vampires in Macabrephus Kosmos are unique.

They suck blood to survive, yes, but they can still eat human food. If they have sufficient amounts of blood in their systems, that is.

They do not burn to ashes under the sun, but it does make them sick and slowly burns their skin; like a regular burn, however some of them are more sensitive to it and their burns can be a lot more severe.

They are generally pale due to avoiding the sun, but their skin tone is inherited through the parents. They can be from anywhere and look like anyone.

A very important thing to know about them is that they are never made and are always born. No turning here. You're either born a vampire, or you're not.

Vision that is more than suited for the dark and can be really hurt if exposed to bright lights. They can even induce headaches if exposed for long periods of time. Their hearing is more than excellent, as is their sense of smell. Their sense of touch is also more than powerful, but it does need some honing. Surely, each and every vampire is different, but they are generally physically strong and are capable of sensing the strangest of things.

Their heigh varies greatly, but no matter how big or small their frame, their strength tends to be more than immense.

Their eye colours depend on the clan they come from, and they can often change due to moods or the like.

Yes, they are very beautiful, simply to hide the fact that they are vicious killers. It works in their favour.

Their fangs are always there, however they elongate and sharpen when the vampire is hungry.

Their nails are very sharp, and length does not matter.

They must train to become stronger. Already quite fast, yet training does help them gain naturally amazing speeds.

Vampires are very intelligent, but some own even more superior intelligence than most. They are brilliant geniuses.

Vampires can be mad or sane, and their personalities are as varied as their languages, interests and appearances.

They are unique, even if some of them are similar. It's simply natural.

They think differently or similarly; it all depends on their environment, genetics and all those other things.

1. Inferno Clan:

Element: Fire.

Physical Attributes: Red, orange, or yellow hair.

Red, golden and orange eyes (usually different from hair colour).

Pale white skin, red skin and yellow-tinted skin.

Basic Powers: Fire Conjuring, Pyrokinesis, Fire Resistance (one never burns even when set on fire), Fire Healing.

Advanced Powers: Fire Sculpting (making live things out of fire), Pyromancy (purely magical flames), Flamery (weapons made purely out of the user's fire).

Elite & Forbidden: Schwarzfenn (black flames), Fire Storm, Lava Manipulation (volcanic control and the ability to summon pools of lava from the earth).

 

2. Lightning Clan:

Element: Electricity/lightning

Physical Attributes: Different ranges of blue hair, black hair with blue streaks, blue hair with black streaks, white hair.

Different shades of blue, black and silver eyes.

Human ranges of skin colour (from snow white to the darkest of skins), blue.

Basic Powers: Recharging using electricity, draining electrical appliances (to disable the enemy), Electrical Manipulation (using already existence sources of electricity to attack).

Advanced Powers: Lightning Conjuring, Lightning Blasts, Thunderstorm Manipulation, Lightning Blade.

Higher Powers: Lightning Tsunami (using water to enhance electrical conductivity and make the blast stronger. Better done with an Aqua vampire combat partner), Shock Breath (blowing out electricity the way a dragon does fire with no damage to the user), Lightning Clap (several strikes of lightning from the sky that target your opponent).

Elite & Forbidden: Electron Touch (manipulating the electrons in your opponent's body to release rapid electrical shocks and ultimately kill them) [FORBIDDEN], Brain Damage (speeding up the electrical charges in your opponent's brain to highly unstable levels and instantly killing them) [FORBIDDEN], Hand of the Storm (directly shocking your opponent by touching them; causes damage to both parties) [FORBIDDEN].

 

3. Vulgaris Clan:

Element: None.

Physical Attributes:: Very human-like.

Basic Powers: The powers all vampires share; Telepathy, Empathy, Telekinesis, Super Speed, Super Strength, naturally heightened senses.

 

4. Vanguards Clan:

Element: Blood & Shadows

Physical Attributes: Red, black, purple or silver hair, or mixtures of two or three of those colours. Same goes for their eyes. Skin mostly pale, but they do vary. However, due to their Shadow Shield abilities, they often just look like they have jet black skin.

Basic Powers: Shadow Shield (the coating of one's skins with shadows to protect oneself from sun rays and most basic attacks, bullets and blades), Blood Strings (invisible strings that connect to the enemy's vital points and turns them into a puppet. Hard to master but naturally present), Blood Whips (exactly what it sounds like), Night Vision (able to see in the dark even better than other vampires).

Advanced Powers: Blood Manipulation (using one's own blood to create a solid weapon), Shadow Summons (creating all types of beings to attack using shadows), Elemental Mastery (learning to use a third, and sometimes a fourth element. Only possible when one's trained very well), Hypnosis (using the amount of oxygen carried to the brain with blood to put victim to sleep).

Elite & Forbidden: Blood Mist, Crimson Curse, Abyss Conjuring, Blood Burst.

 

5. Presinus Clan:

Element: Nature.

Physical Attributes: Green, yellow, red or orange hair. Same goes for eyes. Skin varies a lot and can be green or light blue, sometimes clear like water.

Basic Powers: Nature Bond, Fysipathy (the ability to communicate with every single living organism, from bacteria to mammals), Animal Aid, Earth Manipulation.

Advanced Powers: Elemental Dominion (have at least a type of control over all elements of nature), Weather Control, Maximoorphism (transforming into other living things, including plants).

Elite & Forbidden: Virus & Bacteria Control, Forest Destruction (ability to destroy large areas of land).

 

6. Aquatia Clan:

Element: Water.

Physical Attributes: Light blue, white or silver hair. Dark blue and black eyes. Blueish pale skin or blueish black skin. Sometimes skin can be pure silver.

Basic Powers: Aquakinesis, Mermaid's Breath (ability to breathe underwater).

Advanced Powers: Water Summons (making water out of nothing), Liquification (turning a body part into liquid so they don't get hit), Water Manipulation (turning water into a dragon, hydra, etc), Tsunami (yes, causing a flood, but not a very large one).

Elite & Forbidden: Tsunami III (flooding entire cities), Tsunami IV (flooding whole nations), Water Death (draining enemy of all water in their body until they die).

 

7. Paciere Clan:

Type 1: The Peacemakers

Element: Whatever they gather from the atmosphere at birth.

Physical Attributes: Black, brown or green-black hair. Skin varies a lot. Eyes purple, golden, blue, silver or green.

Basic Powers: Teleportation II (ease of navigation throughout realms), Halt (stopping whole armies with specialised telekinetic skills), Detection (finding targets and others they're searching for simply through staying still and waiting for their presence to make itself apparent to them).

Advanced Powers: Time Shock (slowing or temporarily freezing time to capture a fugitive), Anaesthesia (releasing odourless particles into the air right out of their palms to put their target to sleep), Super Speed (moving at the speed of sound), Preternatural Invisibility (being invisible to non-supernaturals).

Elite & Forbidden: Mental Hell (torturing someone until near death simply by looking at them. Fully a mental experience.)

Type 2: The Scholars

Element: Whatever they gather from the atmosphere at birth.

Physical Attributes: Black, brown or green-black hair. Skin varies a lot. Eyes purple, golden, blue, silver or green.

Basic Powers: Super Memory, Maximintelleco, Lucidity.

Advanced Powers: N/A

Elite & Forbidden: N/A

 

8. Yami Clan: 

Element: Shadows.

Physical Attributes: Black or purple hair, or a mixture of both. Same for the eyes, but they can sometimes be inverted (black where it's white and white/purple where it's supposed to be a different colour)

Basic Powers: Shadow Manipulation. Void Control, Shading (blending into the shadows completely), Night Vision, Familiarity (having a dark familiar or a faery for a companion naturally is a unique attribute to this clan).

Advanced Powers: Shadow Summons, Spirit Control (using the darkness of the enemy's soul to turn them into a puppet), Shadow Strings. Shadow Weapons.

Elite & Forbidden: Shade Army (yes, an army of shadows) [ELITE], Black Hole (sucking entire worlds into the void) [FORBIDDEN].

 

9. Purebloods: 

Element: N/A

Physical Attributes: Much like humans, but they are known for their hypnotic beauty.

Basic Powers: N/A

Advanced Powers: N/A

10. Ice Clan:

Element: Ice.

Physical Attributes: White or basically see-through hair. White, silver and golden eyes. Clear white skin like cream.

Basic Powers: Ice Shards, Ice Run, Ice Manipulation.

Advanced Powers: Ice Leap (teleportation of some sorts), Bioshock (freezing the enemy's body using their biological water content), Tsunami Freeze (causing a flood then turning it into ice).

Elite & Forbidden: Eternal Frostbite (causing someone to freeze to death by turning all the water in their body into ice shards) [FORBIDDEN], Snow Kiss (giving opponent whole body fourth degree frostbite).

Much like what's already been recorded, these beings are different in that they have the ability to take on a human form. Their abilities vary just as much, or perhaps even more, than what myths already tell. Not all of them breathe fire and some of them do live in aquatic habitats. Some prefer mountains. There really isn't too much to say about them, and they are open to modification. Some never take on human forms; it is entirely up to them.

Their elemental magic depends on what they were born with, but they can learn to control new elements as they grow stronger. They instinctively speak Dragon Tongue and Old English, some ancient Chinese/Japanese (depends upon where they come from).

They do come from eggs and are quite lizard-like. They do not give birth.

Their blood colours vary, and its effects also are rather different. Green blood can be used to poison large groups of people, while golden blood can heal any and all ailments. They are magical and yet quite natural. They hid from humanity and retreated into the Other World around medieval times, when they started to be hunted down by people who called them Satan, or those who thought they were the demonic summons of witches.


Werewolves

Half human, half wolf, these beings shape shift at will and have absolutely no connections to the moon. They are born in wolf form and later learn how to turn human. They are in fact smaller, not bigger, than most wolves, but they are quite powerful. Their speed is what gives them real edge, however, and their high jumps and agile manoeuvrability is an added plus. They are trained under their predecessors, who pass on their Aspropos Martial Arts, a unique set of skills that only werewolves can master.

Their human forms are strangely hairless, simply because their bodies reserve all their hair for their wolf form. Their teeth are sharp in both forms, and their sense of smell surpasses even that of regular wolves and dogs. Their sense of hearing is also quite superior to many beings, except for vampires.

Magical beings with the ability to shrink and expand their physical size, these winged, human-like existences are very attached to plant life, most of them creating their own species of flowers or trees, just because they can. They are the ones who fill the magical worlds with scenery and a rather abundant variety of environments, from marine to mountain forests. In a sense, they are similar to insects, who carry fertilisers to other flowers to keep them alive. They inhabit their own realm, which is attached to the Other World, and have no 'governmental' systems, but live freely without anyone trying to control anyone else. They are peaceful and majestic, and they often help other creatures, simply because they are restless and love traveling everywhere with a companion whom they can annoy with their tiny size, if they please.

Their colours vary, and they are all rather unique individuals, but their love for nature is something they all share. True, they like different aspects about it, but they all stand for the protection of nature and other animals.


Witches

Natural born, gifted individuals, who can be either male or female. Their abilities depend on their ancestry, with varying degrees of strength dependent solely upon the person's efforts. Training is essential, if one wishes to achieve a higher level of adeptness.

Elements also depend on genetics, but all witches are capable of seeing and speaking to demons, which allows them to communicate with their guardians (who also happen to be demons). They do not need spells or the like, but some of them do light sage and the like to comfort themselves.

They are connected to nature in every way, regardless of their main two elements. Those with three tend to be more powerful, however.

Some are favoured by certain demon kings, but all of them are protected by the laws of the Council, which is comprised out of a demon named Zuesilken and Mephistopheles, and several other princes.

Vicious sea creatures who eat not just small fish or other marine animals, but they eat anything and everything. In the past, they used to fear humans, but as they learned to interact with them, they... Developed a taste for human flesh, and over the years, they began targeting ships and small boats to devour humans whole. They do not use appearances, they use intimidation to capture their prey.

They are amazing swimmers, with powerful tails and finned arms, along with strong, muscular bodies. They lack any hair on their body and share the respiratory system of dolphins. They are to be feared, not hunted nor adored. They dwell deep within the oceans, simply waiting for the next human to eat.


Sirens

Amazing enchantresses of the sea. They come in many, many colours, as they inhabit different parts of the great oceans and must blend in with the landscape (or whatever) to remain hidden from predators. They sing mesmerising melodies that one just would not want to stop listening to. The real danger in coming across them is not being drawn by false beauty to your death; rather, they are experts at riddles and will keep you in trance, trying to solve their questions until you grow old and die, time passing by in the real world, years like seconds to you. They will hold you captive, automatically triggering the addictive section of the brain the second your eyes fall upon them. Their true appearance is not often seen (blue/purple/red/whatever skinned female marine mammals with long tails and arms covered in fins, hair flowing about their heads), and what the spectator sees is what they perceive to be the most beautiful thing imaginable (a gift bestowed upon them by the Goddess of Love and Beauty, Aphrodite, when they helped her with a problem she had. They pose nearly impossible puzzles, but they also have the skills to actually solve them themselves.

These are not reincarnated monsters, reawakened to eat you alive. They are infected humans, suffering from the ferocious attacks of a rapidly spreading virus that devours its host inside out. Blinding pain, mixed with constant rage that is the result of constantly spreading adrenaline shocks, result in violence and superhuman strength. This virus was not genetically mutated in a lab. It is the result of nature.

The reason why cannibalism is triggered in the infected is that the virus successfully manipulates them to think that if they eat other human organs, theirs will stop from deteriorating. The twist is, however, is that it actually works. If one wishes to survive, one must turn on their own species and devour them whole. To an extent, the virus wants you to survive, simply because it wishes to fuel itself. It needs you to stay alive, so it could keep on replicating and mutating at blinding speeds. It is not a pleasant disease to have, as I'm sure you could imagine.

However, as vampires are responsible for keeping such things from destroying Earth, and simply because it could result in the exposure of supernatural beings. Not that zombies are, but humans tend to blow things out of proportion (media coverage). The queen of the Vanguards, Akai, worked with Pace for a month, collecting any and all of the infected. They brought them all to a sort of cage that kept them all from escaping and eating any living thing they could find. While they did that, the scientists were hard at work, trying to come up with a cure. So far, they have none, but they do have treatments that greatly aid in the survival of any victims of the disease, which has been termed "Zombie Virus".

Treatments include powerful pain killers, anti-deterioration pills, marijuana for added comfort, anti-psychosis pills, muscle relaxants and topical injections that keep the skin from falling off. Yes, it is a lot to take and requires supervision, which is why each and every patient has a personal doctor, but vampires are currently working to make life easier for them. They're very close to a promising breakthrough that is a pill which would contain pain killing properties, some seriously powerful anti-deterioration medication and anti-psychosis effects, all in one single capsule. Smoking marijuana becomes optional with this pill, and with stronger injections, Zombie patients would only need to use their needles once or twice every 5-7 days.

A cure does not seem to be possible for now–once infected, you must live with it–but prevention steps are being devised. Soon enough, there might be a way to eradicate this disease once and for all.


Ghosts

Ruled by a prince of spirits, these are long dead beings who once inhabited the land of the living. However, some of them were never alive, and some of them were not even human. They live all over the world, doing whatever they please, but often make sure they are not seen by non-spirits (Fleshies, they call them). They return to their home, a palace in the Other World, for whatever needs they may have. There they can drink from the brilliantly revitalising waters of the waterfalls that run into nothing and come out of nothing, on either side of the previously mentioned palace.

The prince is only there to provide them with safety and guide newly dead spirits into a safe 'life', teaching them the ways of ghosts. He cares about them all very greatly and only wants to help them. He takes his responsibilities very seriously and never leaves a phantom behind. It was why he was made prince in the first place; they liked what he was doing for them and wanted to make sure everyone got the help they needed. He, of course, did not refuse.

Some of them are capable of losing their see-through appearance, which gives them a strange green tint that humans are blind to, and mostly witches are the ones that see them for what they are. They love to work with those gifted people and often aid them with whatever they can.

No, they do not have horns and no, they do not have tails. They lack the infamous head of a goat.

They are actually quite beautiful creatures, similar to humans but distinctly different in their general physical appearances, the colours of their skins, eyes and hair, and the fact that they can easily teleport, are naturally telepathic, telekinetic, empathic and all other forms of powers.

They are by nature elemental beings, some of ice and others of fire. Those of frozen waters have blue blood, while fiery demons proudly own orange blood. There are nine demon kings, but none is above the king of all, Satan, who happens to be very beautiful himself.

They come from different layers of Hell and are responsible for several different things. They are more varied than one might think.

Some have wings, others don't. It all depends on what they are.

Their personalities clearly vary widely; being unique comes naturally to them.

They are advocates of sin and love indulging in the forbidden.

Angels

Crafted out of divine light, these beings come in many different forms, however they are all anthropomorphic and very aesthetically pleasing. They have different hair colours, and their eyes can be gold, silver, blue, and all the colours of the rainbow.

Depending on their rank, their wings can have different shapes and colours. Archangels are known for their black wings, angels have the famous white feathered wings, while others can be blue, silver, gold and many others. Sometimes angel's status is promoted and their wings change.

They inhabit Heaven and only interact with humans on Earth, because it is forbidden for angels to talk to any human being in Heaven, for various reasons; one of them being that they would interrupt said human's Heavenly life, and that angels shouldn't know what it's like to be human.

There are angel royalties; seven families who live in one monolithic castle. One of the most famous princes is Arc, who's known to be immature and reckless yet graceful, loyal and a great ruler.

Naturally gifted humans, who are similar to both witches and psychics, and yet are neither. These are mentally transcendent individuals, naturally born with a much more open mind than most, allowing them to see things most others cannot; such as spirits, demons, reapers and even sensing witches for what they are. They are natural lucid dreamers and Dream Tapping is an ability they all own. At a very young age, the only thing they can do is see the supernatural. As they grow up, they begin to gain the ability to talk to them, and later on, they become capable of 'borrowing' the powers of whatever supernatural being they come across, whom also happens to be willing to help. They treat preternatural creatures well, and for that, they are generally liked amongst them, but not everyone's the same. Personal experiences vary.

They do not have any real 'powers' like witches and psychics do, but they have a sort of empty second body that can take and then use others' abilities for themselves.


Reapers

Created by a man who goes by Morte, these were artificially generated armies of men who were built for death. No one really knows who this Morte person really is, but he's simply known as Death, however he himself does not reap souls. His beloved reapers do.

Each reaper has a unique Scythe of their own, which can take any form that suits said reaper. They can float/hover instead of walk and they all have wings to fly down to Earth and collect souls. The way they release any sort of powers is through their leo hand, which is a skeletal hand, connected to a fleshy arm. Every single reaper has one other part of their body which isn't covered by skin. It can be a whole arm or the tip of a finger, but their left hand is the one they reap souls with. They push their bony hand into the dying person's chest and tug out their life-force. They can also make others do whatever they need them to, to carry out their reaping. One touch to a living person's forehead and they do whatever the reaper wants them to, without question.

 They are emotionless and physically feel nothing, but they do eat the occasional lost soul and 'enjoy' parties held in the ballroom of the Thanatos Realm, named after the Greek God of Death.

There are countless individual reapers, each of them responsible for a different group of humans who died a certain way. Some are for those who were murdered, while others only reap the souls of those who were once killers. Others take care of those who died in an accident, and yet others are responsible for those who died of disease.

Lastly, the only people who can see a reaper are those who are dying. Others cannot see, feel or sense them. They might get a bit cold when touched by a reaper, but not always. Also, people cannot die until a reaper takes their soul.

Silverlights

First of all, Silverlights are not native to their universe. They were created from a form of magic that is only available in and comes only from one dimension called Noreipa (my creation; you'll find out more about it in the rp). This magic isn't like any other; it's literally a different form but it still bears that name because it does what most forms of magic does.

This gave them abilities that are very different from most, such as manipulating a set of energy strings that permeate through the realm the rp is in, stacking up in-between the layers most beings from this realm are familiar with and are able to manipulate and draw energy from in some instances.

These strings are similar to bands of light in the shape of TINY, compacted strings called Argentisos Spirals, as they, if examined really closely (think much smaller than atomic level), appear to be some sort of loopy spirals. The Silverlights, however, perceive them as shiny, particle-like floods of energy that glimmer silver, and this is where they draw their magic from. Although only Silverlights (and The Eight; you'll find out why) can actually use it, all other supernatural beings are able to perceive it. However, being born without the capability of interacting with it disables them from actually using it. Think of it like being born a Witch with control over Water, but not over Fire. They can dodge it with their own form of magic, the pure essence that composes all the supernatural beings of our realm, but that is the only form of interaction that can be done. This is simply because the Argentisos Spirals were made by a magic, as previously stated, that isn't native to our dimension.

These bands of energy, a sort of force, are everywhere, however there are areas in this dimension (I'm calling it 8.10 for reasons XD), where it's more concentrated. It in fact comes from space after it leaves black holes and it settles into the fabrics of reality like everything else. I'm simply stating this to make it clear that by areas I mean all over the realm, not just on the planet.

So, with their very fundamentals explained, let's move on.

Now, their structure was composed purely out of that foreign form of magic, so even their bodies are basically compacted energy. Uhh... If humans were O2, Silverlights would be O3.

They not only draw energy from the outside with utmost ease (because they're basically permeable structures), but they are also made of energy (however it's finite and if they use it up without recharging they disappear from existence even on the quantum level.)

This means that they can manipulate it into various forms. You can simplify it to a sort of elemental magic and say one uses E3 (Electricity 3, which is basically their own form of electricity), F3 or even F4 or F5 (fire 3, fire 4, fire 5–the higher the number, the more energy it takes and releases), etc. Some prefer to use it as pure magic and destroy things with beams of Argentisos, but that is only possible if they are more powerful than normal Silverlights, or if there are enough of them in a group.

This is a big reason why Silverlights fight in groups most of the time. The more there are, the more energy they are able to draw in from their surroundings... The stronger they are. They are all made from the same stuff, even if they are different individuals, so they can connect very easily and basically leech magic off of each other.

That is basically what a Silverlight is (and why they got that name). These are the very fundamentals of what they are. 


Also, each individual is created slightly differently in that their Argentisos Element (as previously mentioned; the E3, F4, etc) synchronises differently with the Argentisos Spirals, which makes for an extremely diverse pool of elements.

It depends on what branch of creation they come from, but that cannot be revealed yet. You're free to choose whatever though, so it's no problem.

Moreover, they are very intellectual beings and are highly telepathic, as they were created not just out of that magic, but also out of pure wisdom. This is another reason why they can be in perfect harmony.
