The Other World
Topography
This is a parallel universe to Earth. It is home to all kinds of beings; from vampires to a species called War Demons and even faeries and spirits. It is enormous, however, it is also divided quite evenly. It has all types of environments, places and homes. Most of its grounds are quite rocky and dead, with a few areas where the stones are broken apart by a small crack, and natural plants, such as trees, can come out. However, most of these trees are rotten, as no one cares for them.
Any and all gardens are created by faeries and are kept in beautiful shape by them. They are akin to Earth's insects who allow the cycles of nature to keep things alive. Most gardens are connected to castles or other areas actually owned by someone.
The general divisions are as follows:
1. Vampires
2. Devils
3. War Demons
4. Werewolves
5. Spirits
6. Faeries
7. Dragons
8. Shared/Common Areas
THE VAMPIRE SECTOR
Surrounded by enormous castles and mansions, this is a strangely populated wasteland. These palaces are more than huge, and some are even more gigantic than others; depending on how many people they need to house.
One of the biggest properties is the Pure Bloods' Palace, where the entire race lives. Every. Single. Individual.
Once you get past the castles, with their training grounds, military homes and everything else, you could either find The Plaza, with all types of restaurants, cafes, even stores and malls.
Near that place is the Sapienza Academy, property of Akai Yamaki, the Vanguards Queen. She established it centuries ago, to help young vampires learn essential, basic things everyone should know. It also gave youngsters from different clans the chance to become something other than what their breed makes them out to be; Inferno Vampires could be scientists now, and even Pacieres.
Far away from all of that is yet another fortress, where the Elders reside. These are the first vampires of each clan, who overlook the activities of the current kings and queens. They make the big decisions without having to consult Tatulis, unless it really calls for it.
Lastly, even further away from the centre of the sector, is Tatulis's mansion. He lives alone and is feared by all, but he is not half bad to spend time with. In fact, he is gentler than most believe, and despite his violent mood swings he can be quite level-headed. He is also funny; making jokes about how people often visit him with bad news to deliver but no one just stops by to say Hello and offer him flowers.
In this place, the sun never shines. It is always night, which means vampires are free to roam about at any and all times, without fear of becoming sick due to exposure to the rays of the sun. They do have two bright moons, however, and their cycles are faster than that of the Earth's moon. On new moon nights, the only light comes from few places where the vampires are awake, but they are generally quite dim, as they are sensitive to light.
It is, in a sense, a gigantic country with palaces for its citizens rather than individual homes.
There is also one building that is unique from all others. The place where Pacieres are trained; the home of Pace. It is also home to scientists and inventors of all kinds.
Lastly, we have the hospital. As vampires do not get sick often (if at all), one might be curious as to why a hospital is needed.
It is for what people have come to call Zombies.
These are humans that were infected by a disease that devours them inside out, and causes them to think that eating someone else would stop them from decaying. It is very, very painful, so they do anything the can to keep the pain away. At first, when it started happening, Pace and Akai grouped together to capture all zombies. They put them in a sort of cage with so many walls that it was impossible for them to escape. But that was temporary.
The most intelligent vampires were brought together to produce a cure for these dying people. So far, the only thing they have found is a treatment. Well, several treatments, with varying degrees of success. The average Zombie now walks around bandaged up, yes, keeping their limbs from falling off, but they also have their treatments in a needle, ready to be injected into whatever part of the body requires it. You know, so it doesn't just melt off the skin.
They ingest moderated amounts of dead human bodies, because it is the only thing that can really sustain them. Other foods just make them sick.
No one knows if a cure is possible,
This is the world of the vampires. Is it dangerous? Very.
The devils' empire
This is the part of The Other World that is adjacent to the Vampire Sector. Nothing separates them and both races interact quite often, but they still have their own place. It is simpler, as whatever they need is right there, just for them to use it.
Unlike the skies of the Vampire Sector, this place does have a sun. A sun that is eternally in half an eclipse, with lights as red as embers. The grounds are slightly more alive here, but that's only because a lot of Devils choose to have a faery companion, and faeries are known to be fans of plant life.
They have one queen, but she is quite old and waiting to die so her son could take her place. Her people are more than faithful and loyal and would never betray her. She lives in the biggest palace ever built in that area, with so many towers with enormous peaks that it looks like someone intentionally meant for it to look like spikes ready to take the lives of anyone who passes by them.
It is coated in enchantments, as that is one thing Devils are excellent at, to keep the queen safe, just in case. Other than that, there are all kinds of houses, from mansions to small flats. They are a lot more varied in that sense than vampires.
They have their own small shopping centre and entertainment hubs, of course, but it is not as important to them as it is to vampires. Besides, a lot of people go to the Vampire Sector and to the Plaza.
war demons town
This part is more distant than the Devils' section, but it is still connected to both previously mentioned areas. It is a lot more like a simple Earth town, with three enormous fortresses with all the army paraphernalia they have ever made. They are the best at fighting large battles, of course, so it goes without question.
The design of these fortresses is very Medieval and they are all made of pure stone. The houses all along the streets of the town, however, are made of wood and other natural things. War demons are very close and more than loyal to each other, and will do anything to protect a fellow demon, so people hardly ever venture into their sector, from fear of accidentally offending one of them and starting Hell.
the werewolves island
Far off into the distance from the Devils' Sector lies the island of the werewolves, where they do whatever they wish, all on their own. They tend to avoid others and live in an underground settlement that nearly reaches the water, despite how much they actually hate it. They have a labyrinth of intricate, complex tunnels there, where each and every one of them lives like a true wolf.
spirits mansion
Past the island, back on 'the mainland,' one could stumble upon the large mansion of the Spirit Prince. They are surrounded by waterfalls in all directions, but these waters are very special. They are Healing Waters, or the Falls of Wealth. If one drinks it, after the blessing of a ghost, any and all injuries they have ever suffered are healed, and even cancer can be cured simply by using the brilliant liquids from these majestic falls.
The mansion is not too spacious due to the fact that ghosts do not take up too much space. The Prince is often found there, but most spirits wander the world they once inhabited. They are intelligent and aware, just like living people, but they cannot do things ghosts are incapable of doing, like using things that require physical contact. Spirits themselves can 'touch' each other, but that is a whole different matter.
Also, violet flowers surround the ground around the mansion, giving it a beautiful yet eerie glow.
Faerie Land
As its name suggests, this is an entirely different world, yet its gates are permanently attached to the Other World, so they have become a part of each other. Any and all creatures may pass through the portals and step into the land of the faeries, where the endless meadows, fields and oceans await. It is one of the most beautiful places in the multiverse.
Faeries in here are mostly of proper size, despite still being quite small. They take on smaller forms to enable them to get as close to flowers and other plants as possible, and it is just easier to move about that way.
They generally have no real houses, as they prefer to live outdoors–which they do, perfectly. They make above-ground settlements, hiding in the branches of trees, where they sleep on enormous, enchanted leaves and take their afternoon tea in the silver, glowing tree-branch rooms.
Dragon mountains
This is where all dragons peacefully reside. It is bigger than most of the other locations, with a mountainous environment on one side, beautiful forests and open fields on the other, and an ocean with a shore that extends along both of them. This ocean is nearly infinite, extending into the unknown.
In the mountain area, a lot of dragons live in caves, but they also own underground homes that are more advanced than most might expect.
The forest area is littered with all types of houses that they themselves built, with special ceilings that open up just to make flight easier. Some of them don't even have a non-aerial access, simply to keep out unwanted visitors.
And in the ocean area, dragons live freely underwater, like prehistoric beasts. Some say they have homes near the ocean floors, but none ever dared to venture to those treacherous depths. What more, other rumours claim they live with mermaids.
shared and common areas
Simply put, these are the places no one lives in (anymore?), or the connection parts between two 'cities'. They are open to any and all, but they can be dangerous, even to the eccentric inhabitants of The Other World.
History
This is a realm that was once ravaged by endless wars. Vampires and werewolves fought for land as War Demons advanced from the North and the dragons from the South. But that was much later than the beginning.
In the very beginning, this was a barren wasteland, a part of Earth that was put there by a god in the time of creation.
As demons roamed this place, they grew a liking to it and soon tried to claim it as their own. With the permission of god, a demon named Azakrifel put together a being he then came to be called the Vampire. It was Tatulis, nothing more than a shadow in the shape of a long-limbed human. It was sexless and had no mind of its own, yet all it wanted to do was kill. Something was wrong with Azakrfiel's experiment.
He tried countless materials, with no results. Just as he was about to lose hope, he found the blood of an injured demon and decided to try it–and it worked. The creature gulped it down the way a man dying of thirst would water.
He needed more.
So he went around the world, trying to find blood from anyone willing to offer it. No one gave it to him.
So he started killing people for it.
Learning that from him, Tatulis had it in his slowly forming mind that to become stronger, to gain a form and stop this painful hunger, he would have to kill others for their warm, delicious blood. He went around with his master and they fed him until he began to grow skin. It was finally working.
After years of massacres, the vampire was fully formed. He was vicious but beautiful, something Azakrifel decided on, as deceit was one of his favourite activities. He was a natural trickster.
Now he wondered how he would make another one, without all that trouble they went through. Tatulis was developing vast intelligence at immense speeds, and soon enough, he had a way for making another being like him, but with one difference. It would be a female, like the female demons he saw; graceful and enchanting. Azakrifel agreed to it, and they went on to make the first female vampire.
Soon enough, a whole fleet of them was around, and they were hungry. Demons became much harder to track and drain, especially on their own, and their hunger was driving them mad and making them weak. And when humans came about, they found their golden chance.
They dominated them, killing them for food the way the Homo Sapiens killed other mammals. To them, it was natural. To entitled humans, it was cruel.
The vampires laughed at their hypocrisy and made sure to show them Hell, just for the fuck of it. Because humans really annoyed the fuck out of them.
God hated seeing his precious creatures being wiped off the face of the Earth so easily, so he banished that one part of Earth into a different dimension, where the sun never shines. That made vampires weak when exposed to the sun on Earth.
Later on, as more beings god made threatened the safety and sanity of those humans, he kept banishing different beings to that realm. It soon came to be called The Other World.
And here, the creatures fought against each other, ruthlessly, until they saw it did nothing but harm. That was when they made the first Treaty of Peace.
That gave them a chance to grow cultures and truly develop unique outlooks on life. What more, when more than one creature united, their magic was powerful enough to make tiny holes in the barrier between them and the humans. That gave them access to Earth again, where they got their revenge in multiple ways, until they realised humans had grown stronger themselves, and the Other Worlders did not want to start another war. But that was no problem.
Angered, god placed a layer of power limitation all over the universe in which Earth rested. Now, the only place these beings could use their powers fully was their home.
And they were more than happy to stay there.

Technology
This might or might not come as a surprise to you, depending on your expectations, but technology in The Other World is more than advanced. The most active creatures in making new gadgets and systems for a better life are the vampires.
Every single race has a lot of what humans have, since they actually are the ones who built most of human technology in the past, giving them quite the kickstart.
The strangest things exist here. And occasionally, vampires sneakily roll out a new device to humans, just because they think it would probably benefit both of them, somehow.

Hell
The Layers
layer 1
Called Limbo, this layer can sometimes intertwine with Earth. It is a dimension that can mirror Earth’s, a place where demons reside to mess with humans without actually being on Earth.
It is very similar to the Limbo in DmC, specifically DmC 5, with the red tint, the poisonous vines, etc.
There is an underground castle in this one; a very noticeable difference as opposed to the other layers, where the castles dominate the landscape. This fortress is composed of one large storey and a sub-basement storey that is composed mainly of tunnels and mazes.
This is just an entrance to the real Hell that awaits.
Demon King: Lauzerete.
layer 2
Called Cupiditas (Greed), it is directly above Limbo. It is home to the greedy, and it is composed of amazingly rich forests, but instead of normal trees and plants, the trees are made of silver or gold, with diamonds and other gems decorating the branches.
The lush grass covering the ground is made of crystals, but it is soft and does not cut into one's skin. The skies are barely ever bright; the brightest they get is a dimly lit violet, no matter what time of day it is.
It’s mainly night there, with an everlasting full moon.
The castle in it is made out of all kinds of precious gems, but the main frame is crystal that changes colour in correspondence to the king's moods.
Demon King: Mammon
Sins: Self-restraint, fear, refusing to indulge in Earthly pleasures..
layer 3
Called Venessillence, is the layer of Envy.
The grounds are pure black, with poison-green streaks everywhere. The castle is made of three storeys and hate fills the air. It’s the most chaotic circle of Hell.
Demon King: Leviathan.
Sin: Giving those who hurt you the other cheek.
layer 4
The layer of blood and murder, Paterzam. Previously ruled by King Arawen, a wolf-demon, but now it is the dominion of his daughter, Aeronwen.
Here reside the demons of war, bloodshed, and battle.
The castle is made of red crystal, and has five levels.
The landscape is mainly a white and red forest, but there’s a part behind the castle that’s quite colourful and resembles autumn. There’s a waterfall of blood at the edge of the layer, like a cliff, where screams of the damned can be heard at the bottom.
Sin: Giving up, relying on others, praying without trying.
layer 5
The most Earth-like layer, this is Lord Belial's home. Its castle is made of trees and earth, with one enormous room placed above confusing tunnels and much smaller rooms that hobbits would actually be quite comfortable in. This is the kingdom of the demon of self-sufficiency and freedom, so no one relies on anyone. It is filled with fun, lust and total disinterest in others.
Sin: Lack of independence, herd conformity.
layer 6
Lucifer’s layer. It is the main circle, where people come to see their king.
The castle is made of six storeys, but it is such a gigantic structure that it makes one wonder why it has very few inhabitants. Not all demands are allowed in here.
The surrounding forests are mostly empty, but the back garden of the palace is enchanting
Sin: Lack of pride, giving up free will for no real reason, refusing to fight for oneself.
layer 7
Nero’s layer.
The castle in it is made of gold and glass and is home to seven levels.
It is mostly orange and green, Nero's two favourite colours. Instead of forests, there are dark green lakes all about, where if you peek down deeply enough, you could catch a glimpse of the sinners.
Sin: Tyranny, telling lies for truths, hurting children.
layer 8
Mephistopheles’ layer.
The castle is blue, black and white, and made of 8 storeys. The demons are ice, air and shadow demons.
However, Mephistopheles also has a different dimension for his home residence, located behind the moon.
There is an entire city surrounding the palace, with beautiful gothic buildings. The streets are made of moon rocks and sand.
Sin: Ignorance and pretentiousness.
layer 9
Separated into three distinct parts of one 9-storey castle, but they’re all owned by one king: Asmodeus.
This circle is filled with snakes, so the dying forest all around is no surprise. There are so many holes there, burrows of snakes, that one must watch their step if they do not want their foot to be bitten off by an angry serpent.
However, Cain was granted dominion over the second part of the 9th, as a gift from this terrifying demon.
Sin: Lack of perspective, lack of aesthetics.
Heaven
Made solely for the residence of angels and the human (and otherwise) souls who are meant for eternal paradise
Location
A huge dimension, separated from Earth, Hell, etc. All these places exist in different dimensions that supernatural creatures can access due to their magic and the like.
Architecture
It is as big as three Earths, with endless, vast fields all around.
The angels inhabit cities constructed solely for them. Human souls that reach Heaven go to a different place, with no access to the angels' area. They simply live in paradise for eternity, where everything they’d ever wished for exists. Every Heaven dweller has their own dream house and whatever else they wish for.
The angel cities are filled with tall, white and gold buildings.
There are also all kinds of smaller houses and bigger ones, for individual angels and families. There are no ‘crappy flats’, and no one actually buys their residence. It’s assigned depending on rank and needs.
There are angel architects who constantly renovate and build new places. There are all kinds of buildings that allow heaven to run smoothly, including the angel academy.
There is also a ginormous castle for the seven angel royal families.
The skies are a bright, bright blue, and they have no sun but there is always light all across the sky. Angels believe it to be god’s light.
There are many gardens and huge lakes. There are vast fields where angels train to fly.
Nights in Heaven fill the skies with stars and galaxies that angels get to gaze upon. They’re akin to a window overlooking the universe Earth is placed in.
Morte's Realm
Built by Death himself, who actually made all the reapers using experiments. It is an entire dimension made for reapers, but not for the dead.
It is basically one enormous hotel, with more storeys than could probably be counted. It starts with a lobby, which branches out into many hallways, rooms, and stairs leading up to all kinds of places. The same building has bars, bedrooms, training rooms, and anything and everything a reaper might need.
Reapers rarely ever leave their realm for reasons other than taking souls.
Surrounding that building, however, is an extension of a dimension where endless, snowy fields with black dying trees are to be seen. In another direction is an ocean, and another one is a forest in spring. In these places, some souls may be lost. Death himself cannot approach them, for if he does, they will be frightened and stop existing from the shock.
Basically, the soul explodes.
Death himself has an entire level reserved for himself, and it’s at the highest part of the tall building.
The reaper community is lively and thriving. It’s even fun, in a way, to be a reaper. If only they had feelings.
Mephistophelia Lunamia
Origins
Before Heaven and Hell were created out of 'necessity', the original nine; the first eight demons to ever swear allegiance to the King of Hell, Lucifer's second find, Mephistopheles, was busy with his own plans.
After he found and convinced Arawen, the King of Wolves, to join him on his journey, for no reason other than amusement, they made their way to Antarctica. The Arctic may have been the Xenos domain, but the freezing south was home to one of them.
Upon their arrival, they found nothing but thousands of miles of ice... Until they stumbled upon a swirling, blue and black void that was, in fact, a portal. Clearly the handiwork of the one and only Mephistopheles.
After briefly glancing at each other to see if the other was ready, Arawen and Lucifer jumped right into the portal.
They stumbled upon a pocket dimension, placed in a strangely convenient area: behind Earth's moon, to a sort of angle, that made it blend into the cosmos around it.
It was bare then, the ground resembling the surface of the moon, but Mephistopheles was clearly working on something grand.
"Meeeephiiiisttttoooooo?" The pair of demon wolf and fallen angel had called out, only to barely evade an attack from behind.
"Wow, wow, calm down," Satan said, putting his hands up as a gesture of surrender.
"What are you doing here?" The younger Mephistopheles was more lean, smaller, but just as freakishly tall. His sapphire eyes were filled with anger and hatred, but there was a sort of... Measured madness that lurked within those dark lakes that was the truly unsettling characteristic he had.
"We came looking for you. You're one of the eight, correct? I want to recruit you by my side."
A small fight had ensued between the three, while Lucifer tried to sneak in a few words as the three went at each other. Although he was far from being as powerful as he was now, he was driven by so much wrath that the two demons backed down. When Satan asked Arawen why he fought against him, too, the king of wolves simply answered that he was bored and curious. That was probably when they first began to like each other.
After these three went out to find the other six demons and claimed Hell for Satan and for themselves, Mephistopheles was granted dominion over the Eighth Layer of Hell, which he connected to his precious dimension behind the moon, and built up into a great, magnificent kingdom that was to be his home, and the home of the new breed of demons he created as his followers and warriors of Hell, who were capable of going back and forth between Mephistophelia Lunamia and Hell.
Ecology & Architecture
Built as a lunar tundra, these grounds were soon turned into a complex web of structures for the housing of the Mephistophelian demons, making room for Hell's Knights and other ancient demons in the eighth layer.
The main corner of the land is the castle, where Mephistopheles later went on to build a family and collect knowledge and spells and magical items. It rests near the edge of the dimension, with a large waterfall at the end of its back garden, where black and blue water sparkles under the moonlight.
Outside of that, a few metres away, are the houses, of different sizes but similar designs (very gothic), which are spread out symmetrically. Past that is the Forest of the Void, where the other end of the dimension lies, and where a very secret gateway to something Mephistopheles holds dear is hidden by enchantments and powerful demonic magic. It's something very ancient, and it's kept in such a secure location, with such serious protection, to prevent anyone from getting it.
Races & Families
As previously stated, this realm is owned by Mephistopheles Alsendran. Thus, Andrek Alsendran, his sons, his brothers and sisters; all of Mephistopheles's kin live here, as well as the demons he created himself. Some other beings roam this realm, which he also created from scratch, like crows made of shadows and other similar birds, as well as strange, animalistic creatures that haunt the forests and streets.
Some fairies also visit from The Other World, to tend to the gardens and help the demons in whatever business they may need assistance with.
Nation of Cambia
The Skeleton
YEAR: 2067
PLANET: EARTH.
DIMENSION: Macabrephus Kosmos, -8.7-
SETTING: CYBERPUNK, SCIFI, FANTASY.
NATURAL LAWS: The regular laws of physics as we know them apply. The world seems to lack a significant creator. Magical entities (of all kinds) are in abundance and live in secrecy (and harmony) amongst the now far more technologically advanced humans. Basic logic applies here.
–•– Welcome to Aerikem: one of the cities of tyrants in this world. –•–
The world is now, unbeknownst to humans, under the control of the supernatural, most commonly known as The Eight.
These overlords preside over all of humanity, with the aid of their more often seen underlings, the Sectorial Princes.
Scattered all over the now divided, unified nation that is Earth, these princes happen to be supernatural and rather powerful. They have direct influence over the sector they rule and the Silverlight Police Forces (SPF), the abundantly available race of supernatural beings who enforce the laws of the Nation of Cambia (what is now Earth).
The Nation of Cambia is your home, no matter where you are on the planet, whether you are human or not, your income–we are all under their rule. Most of the world believe they are safe and are living the best possible condition imaginable, especially with all the technology The Eight gave them.
However, there are secret societies devoted to the revelation of the truth, to the destruction of the corrupt government that has taken over their lives. They could be aware of the inhuman natures of the ruling class, or they could just be sick of the mistreatment they live through everyday.
Either way, they are capable and passionate. They will persist against all odds.
Or will they be completely annihilated?
LAWS OF THE NATION OF CAMBIA
1. All demonic entities, unless provided with a special case passport that allows passage from Hell to Earth, are to be either captured or killed on the spot. If a demon is found roaming the Nation without permission, they will be in serious danger.
2. All supernatural beings are never to reveal what they are to humans, however they must learn the ways of the humans and become as convincingly 'normal' as possible.
3. All traffic, financial, technological and miscellaneous laws are to be followed. If they are broken, there will be punishment.
4. Never harm or try to harm a Silverlight.
5. Never attempt to steal the weapon(s) of a Silverlight.
6. Always respect Silverlights. If greeted by one, respond. Never behave in a hostile manner towards them.
7. If provoked, a Silverlight is to do as they see fit.
8. Never attempt to approach a Prince uninvited.
9. Freedom is yours as it is for others. Do unto others as you would like to be treated and never try to take the rights of others. (Breaking this law causes in the worst of punishments).
10. Always obey the Nation of Cambia.
The Sectorial Map
Each of the sectors is ruled by a prince. Every two sectors are overlorded by one of The Eight.
So far, the only known princes are:
Sector 2: Prince Assimirtith Ven
Sector 7: Prince Nitros
More Coming Soon
The Eight
The Eight are a group of eight supernatural beings who overtook the realm of the Nation. Before them, it was simply Earth. Now the planet is The Nation of Cambia.
These individuals came upon this world without warning and in unknown circumstances changed the very structure of the whole world.
Until a daring explorer decides to uncover the truth, their identities will remain unknown, as well as much of everything else about them.
The Silverlights and the Cambion Princes
The two main races, other than humans, in this world, are the Cambion Princes and the Silverlights.
The Cambion Princes are the Sectorial Princes. Each and every single one of them is a Cambion, a half demon, half human, but instead of being born this way, they were created in secret governmental labs.
They all come close when it comes to their power level and abilities, however each one of them is unique. They are all very powerful, but of course, The Eight are more powerful than them.
The Silverlights are an original race I created.
First of all, Silverlights are not native to their universe. They were created from a form of magic that is only available in and comes only from one dimension called Noreipa (my creation; you'll find out more about it in the rp). This magic isn't like any other; it's literally a different form but it still bears that name because it does what most forms of magic does.
This gave them abilities that are very different from most, such as manipulating a set of energy strings that permeate through the realm the rp is in, stacking up in-between the layers most beings from this realm are familiar with and are able to manipulate and draw energy from in some instances.
These strings are similar to bands of light in the shape of TINY, compacted strings called Argentisos Spirals, as they, if examined really closely (think much smaller than atomic level), appear to be some sort of loopy spirals. The Silverlights, however, perceive them as shiny, particle-like floods of energy that glimmer silver, and this is where they draw their magic from. Although only Silverlights (and The Eight; you'll find out why) can actually use it, all other supernatural beings are able to perceive it. However, being born without the capability of interacting with it disables them from actually using it. Think of it like being born a Witch with control over Water, but not over Fire. They can dodge it with their own form of magic, the pure essence that composes all the supernatural beings of our realm, but that is the only form of interaction that can be done. This is simply because the Argentisos Spirals were made by a magic, as previously stated, that isn't native to our dimension.
These bands of energy, a sort of force, are everywhere, however there are areas in this dimension (I'm calling it 8.10 for reasons XD), where it's more concentrated. It in fact comes from space after it leaves black holes and it settles into the fabrics of reality like everything else. I'm simply stating this to make it clear that by areas I mean all over the realm, not just on the planet.
So, with their very fundamentals explained, let's move on.
Now, their structure was composed purely out of that foreign form of magic, so even their bodies are basically compacted energy. Uhh... If humans were O2, Silverlights would be O3.
They not only draw energy from the outside with utmost ease (because they're basically permeable structures), but they are also made of energy (however it's finite and if they use it up without recharging they disappear from existence even on the quantum level.)
This means that they can manipulate it into various forms. You can simplify it to a sort of elemental magic and say one uses E3 (Electricity 3, which is basically their own form of electricity), F3 or even F4 or F5 (fire 3, fire 4, fire 5–the higher the number, the more energy it takes and releases), etc. Some prefer to use it as pure magic and destroy things with beams of Argentisos, but that is only possible if they are more powerful than normal Silverlights, or if there are enough of them in a group.
This is a big reason why Silverlights fight in groups most of the time. The more there are, the more energy they are able to draw in from their surroundings... The stronger they are. They are all made from the same stuff, even if they are different individuals, so they can connect very easily and basically leech magic off of each other.
That is basically what a Silverlight is (and why they got that name). These are the very fundamentals of what they are.
Also, each individual is created slightly differently in that their Argentisos Element (as previously mentioned; the E3, F4, etc) synchronises differently with the Argentisos Spirals, which makes for an extremely diverse pool of elements.
It depends on what branch of creation they come from, but that cannot be revealed yet. You're free to choose whatever though, so it's no problem.
Moreover, they are very intellectual beings and are highly telepathic, as they were created not just out of that magic, but also out of pure wisdom. This is another reason why they can be in perfect harmony.
Secret Organisations
SECRET ORGANISATION 1.7 [Number 1, Sector 7]
Name: Babesia
Symbol:
Message: Awaken, mortals, to the coals you aren't even aware you're treading upon.
Philosophy: If they don't give you your freedom, take it from them through whatever means necessary.
Motto: [Yours to choose~.]
Motivation: Revealing the truth behind the ways of The Eight.
Target: The government.
History: The year was 2027. Humanity was living relatively similarly to the way they had been since 2020, when the Technology Revolution took place. An explosion of new gadgets, devices and all types of technological advancements were released to the masses. AI was finally a reality. Smart Cities were projects in progress, nearing closure faster than anyone thought possible, with rumours of The Technological Singularity circulating throughout the surprisingly much cleaner streets than ever before. The environment was humanity's biggest concern, along with science. Religions were dying out faster and faster–it was the golden era for humans. Smarter masses seemed to be an achievable goal rather than a dream casually mentioned in internet rants by the rare genius here and there.
Even politics were starting to change. The world was looking better and better for... Everyone.
And then...
The Metamorphosis, as it is termed by historians, took place.
This is one of the shadiest and least accurately represented events ever recorded. The only thing that everyone knows for sure is that on Friday, January 1st, 2027, 00:01 [UTC], the midnight skies glimmered with eight different lights, each a unique colour, all over the globe. Astronomers hypothesised they were distant supernovae, meteorites, etc, especially since the night sky shone for thirteen days after that. Videos of the phenomenon can be found all over the internet, even today, and they are embedded into history 'books' (tablets) for schools and the like. Footage can be found in all kinds of museums, too.
After that, in about three months, all the countries of the world suddenly announced surrendering their political positions to a group of people never once seen in person nor through live feeds. They were officially called The Eight, Cambia, The New Nation, etc etc. They created new laws and started releasing so much new technology, humanity forgot about just about everything else. The Earth was now The Nation of Cambia, ruled by The Eight.
On December 6th, 2047, a man named Telver Ora (will be introduced in the rp) stumbled upon one of the intel bases of Cambia, where he was caught 'trespassing' and incurred the wrath of Prince Nitros, the Seventh Sectorial Prince (we are in the 7th Sector). He came out of the fight bruised and scarred–scars he has to this very day–but he had to pretend to have died for the prince to let him go.
Healed and enraged, especially after all the things he heard while eavesdropping, he began attending fight clubs, underground clubs and started tracking down hackers until he put together 18 people (throughout about 10 years–he had to be cautious and whatnot), humans and nonhumans alike. They're divided all across the sector, 6 in the North, 5 in the South and 4 in the West and 3 in the East. He showed them the truth and they were easy to enlighten, as he had targeted those people especially. They are still growing today.

SECRET ORGANISATION 1.2
Name: Secubaret.
Symbol:
Message: We deserve to live here just as much as the next human.
Philosophy: Through fearlessness and intellect, we shall reclaim this world.
Motto: If it can kill you, it's worth fighting with a friend.
Motivation: Taking back their freedom and running amongst the humans without qualms through whatever means necessary.
Target: The government.
History: Salinthea found herself in a world where even those of the same species fought against each other, a world ruled by a class she hesitated to call brethren. In fact, she saw them as the main enemy, the reason why those vampires like her were no longer in harmony. The familiar touch of the Paciere (a class of vampires that keeps order on Earth and The Other World) was nowhere to be found, and the streets became more and more hostile and dangerous. All thanks to the wretched rule of the Prince of the Second Sector, Assimirtith Ven. One of the most ruthless and cruel Princes in all of Cambia.
That was when she decided to seek out the lost and the broken, creating a home for them in her mansion, a place nearly hidden from the world, structured between the older buildings of the sector. She managed to slightly tame the bloodthirsty supernatural, and if she were to be removed from the faction, they might easily turn against each other, although she is still instilling and breeding loyalty between them all.
Thus Secubaret was born. Made to conquer The Eight.
The one thing she has never told anyone is that they took the love of her life, a demon, and murdered him right before her eyes. She has a personal issue with Ven, a deeply rooted hatred for him and those that allow him to go about freely destroying everyone's lives.
Creator(s): Salinthea Theophilius:
Leader(s): Salinthea Theophilius, using a voting/council system.
Members: Riku, Salinthea, Aphrodite Elisnwhite, (more to be encountered [tbe].)
Ranks: Leader, Hackers, Interrogators, Trackers, Recruiters, Tinkerers/Builders, Soldiers.
Divisions: Intel, Technology, Attack/Defence, Recruitment.
Size: Small-ish (15 members.)
Technology: Composed mainly of the supernatural, so they mostly use what they can get their hands on around them.
Intel Resources: Information dealers, interrogation, espionage.
Location: Sector 2.
Property: A mansion owned by Salinthea where they all meet. It's coated in a magical barrier which makes the collection of magical presences undetectable.
Net Worth: Undisclosed.
Affiliations: None at the moment, seeking out Sectors 7 and 1.

Principia Steina [Land of Freedom]
Skeleton & History
YEAR: 3043.
DIMENSION: 9.0-∞.
This place is beyond wretched.
The world is ruled by godlike superhumans, utilising the latest scientific discoveries to control the masses like never before. Something gone wrong (at the expense of the citizens)? No problem. They get a re-do. A president’s choice screws over the entirety of humanity? Warp their dimension to an infinitely dense point, forcing a blackhole to swallow and destroy that chunk of their universe, rebuilding a different world to their desires.
Science had been on humanity’s side since they first created it. Without an intelligent, thinking mind, there would be no such thing. It was no fundamental property of the world, and yet it explained all the fundamental attributes of the visible and the invisible, the living and the inanimate, the tiniest to the largest. It was a tool, a method, a means for understanding reality and bending it to one’s will, despite the lack of necessity for it to be understood and twisted.
However, negating the lack of such a need, that was exactly what those Superiors did. They focused all their research on the most awe-inspiring aspects of the quantum, and they came up with results that turned them into gods.
Not only that, but medical science is now leaps and bounds into the higher realms of sufficiency. Stem cells are as valuable–though much more abundant–as gold had once been, as the rarest of elements on Earth tend to be… But even much more needed.
They provide the same astonishing capabilities of rebuilding one’s parts from nothingness; the perfection of recreating a lost limb in the same exact fashion it had once been. With such brilliant regenerative abilities, the Superiors achieved immortality.
The possibilities are endless. Alternate universes allow for numerous alternate scenarios, while humanity grows more and more utterly enslaved by the authorities. Barely anyone–that is not a politician–is even a true individual anymore. The constant quantum alterations corrupt their very fundamental structures, sometimes wiping entire bloodlines from a sub-verse. And they do not care. They–the nearly divine politicians–are shielded against the catastrophic effects of messing with the quantum states of things, to the point that no one else really matters anymore. They are gods, and they will keep on being gods… For eternity.
‘To live forever and to do as you please without consequences.’
Isn’t that the description the divine mythological beings take? Aren’t they truly, in a sense, superior to those who continue to die, to succumb to the illusion of death, as provided by their mortal coils? Although the Superiors have, with varying degrees, excellent control over that which is quantum in nature, thus would be able to guide their own quantum consciousnesses into new realms and new vessels, they choose to keep their current physiques. It is much cheaper, relative to the universe, to employ stem cells than to transfer your own consciousness with such impeccable manoeuvrability over your own quantum superpositions. They had the ability to disable the uncertainty principle–to become the uncertainty principle, nothing more thrilling than that, but all they lusted after was the total control over the rest of humanity and the entire damn cosmos.
Whenever a layman with a higher state of mental existence even stumbles upon their findings–some hackers are truly brilliant–and manage to become like them, practising their methods, ripples in the background of the universe are released and they are then more than easily tracked, which leads to them being hunted down and killed. Permanently killed; their quantum information corrupted, turned into something entirely different. Since they are bound by the laws of the multiverse, one could never destroy information… But they could certainly modify it. Used in quantum nuclear reactors, their particle spins forcefully suspended, their very basic existences removed completely; they are more than expendable to the jaded officials.
Of course, not everyone who has these powers is a friend. They face enemies sometimes, and they need the ‘Inferiors’ to do their dirty work.
That was why they built superhuman soldiers, capable of their scientific feats as flawlessly as a baby simply born for that one specific task. They were either built from scratch–stem cells create the vessel, while quantum programmers created the proper strings of DNA and other data to insert into the ‘containers’–or kidnapped, mutations triggered within their bodies for the ultimate results. And yes, it always hurt. At least they were turned into something… More. Right?
Surely enough, not all of those worked flawlessly. Many people were sacrificed for the sake of ‘scientific advancement’ (better abilities to enslave humanity). And unless you are one of them, it is nigh impossible to realise anything has been altered or even annihilated. Worlds shift at their very touch, and no one else really notices it but those with a quantally heightened consciousness (ergo, them).
But there are some, very few individuals–the governments believe three to exist… So far–who saw their true purposes and decided to become free men and women. The Quantals, they were once named. Now, wanted criminals.
The most powerful one of them is:
