Personality:
A true genius born to two academics, he grew a sort of condescension towards the slow and the stupid. It is not his personal view, however; something brought on by his parents. He often avoids the idiots, but he's always cold, towards everyone. Rarely ever smiles, as if he has no feelings at all. It comes from anger and depression brought on by being forced into academia from a very early age. He did not have the time to experience the real world, despite still being so young.
Very secretive, he happens to be naturally mysterious. He hides the fact that he often takes pills to keep his weak heart beating from everyone. He also appears naturally intimidating, which makes people hesitant to approach him.
Very rarely is the true Ivanex seen; a sly and sarcastic one. He himself has no idea that it is who he really is, however he embraces the fleeting moments when it comes out.
Biography: At a very young age, Ivanex began to show signs of intellectual brilliance. Having two academics for parents, they were more than delighted when they discovered that somewhere down their ancestral line, there was a genius that created their bright child. He was rushed into school, and was never given the chance to explore who he really was because he was often forced to do things that only concerned his studies. He graduated with amazing grades and got two PhD's at the ages of twelve and fourteen.
At the age of sixteen, he was introduced to the world of drinking and anonymous sex. However, he was so often emotionally dead and it showed in his eyes, so he learned to look away when in bed. His parents knew nearly everything about him, except for how much he shagged strangers.
All of that also alerted him to the fact that he preferred the males.
His parents love him very much–although they fought sometimes because he felt he was being oppressed and drowned in academics–and therefore are saddened by the fact that he's physically weak and has a heart condition that could kill him easily. He walks around with a shot of epinephrine, just in case.
He buries himself in his work a lot. Due to his young age, some of his colleagues don't take him seriously. However, he does have friends. But none of them know much about him, and he always hides the fact that he's sick and susceptible to death.
